Reggae Royalty, Sylvia Tella is the first lady of UK Reggae. This video features Sylvia Tella in Concert; her International Contribution to Reggae Music is so vast. A career spanning over three decades, Sylvia went from singing in her local area of Manchester to touring the world with the well known international group Boney M for over seven years. With her distinguished reputation in music; her illustrious career has led to collaborations and solo projects, in RnB, Jazz and Rock. She was a featured vocalist with a few of England's top recording artists such as the gothic rock band Pop Will Eat Itself, Bronski Beat and The Blow Monkeys. In the Reggae world, Sylvia has collaborated, performed and recorded with Artists such as Gregory Isaacs, Luciano, Ernest Ranglin and Tony Rebel, Frankie Paul to name a few.
